Schubert Club Scholarships

 

Student Scholarship Competition

The Schubert Club Student Scholarship Competition, held each April, awards about $50,000 annually to young musicians. (An additional $20,000 is given away in other scholarship and grant programs.)

Two cash prizes in each age and instrument category are awarded - ranging from $750 to $2,000 - to be used for further musical education.

Applications will be accepted online, by mail or hand-delivery beginning December 1, 2006. If you apply online, you can pay via Paypal or send your application fee in the mail. You may also download an application to print and mail in with your application fee.

The deadline for receiving applications will be Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at Noon. 

Only the first 35 completed applications for each division are accepted. Please note that many categories, particularly voice and piano, often fill up and must be closed before the deadline.
