ARTIST BIOS:
Joanna Anderson is a student of James Flegel, at the University of Minnesota. She is pursuing a degree in music therapy.
Born in South Korea, Soojung Hong graduated from the Deokwon Art High School in Seoul. She also earned her bachelor's degree in piano performance at the Ewha Womans University. Before coming to the U.S.A, she won a number of Korean National music competition, including the Korean-American Competition and the Suwon Women's College Competition. She had the honor of performing in a recital for keyboard instruments at the Ewha womans university. Ms. Hong is currently pursuing her Master of Music degree in piano performance at the university of minnesota, where she is a student of Alexander Braginsky. In 2007, she won the Thursday Musical and the University of Minnesota Concerto Comepetition resulting in performing with University Symphony Orchestra.
