Artist Bios:
Alison Scherzer is a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota- Morris, where she received a bachelor’s degree in German and Vocal Performance. She has studied abroad in Vienna, Austria and participated in music festivals in Graz, Austria and Beijing, China. Alison has been involved with the Lyrics Arts Theater (Mabel in Pirates of Penzance) and is currently rehearsing with the Skylark Opera in their production of Kurt Weill’s Lost in the Stars.
In addition to working in Saint Paul for the Schubert Club, Alison also works at the publishing company of composer Stephen Paulus. She is a student of Jane DeHaan and is in the process of auditioning for graduate schools to pursue a masters degree in Vocal Performance.
